1. Astrology software

Kundli 8 generates Vedic astrology charts and reports from details you provide. Interpretations are for informational, cultural and personal-reference use and are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. No particular outcome is guaranteed.

2. Accounts, trial and samples

Kundli 8 provides a limited free trial so you can explore the Complete professional GUI before purchase (view open; PDF/export gated until Full Access). Account and trial eligibility may be enforced by the Kundli 8 service. Do not misuse accounts or attempt to bypass access controls.

3. Products and digital delivery

Kundli 8 sells Full Access plans (1 Year, 3 Years, and Lifetime) as described at checkout. The former ₹74 Personal Janampatri SKU has been removed from sale; any historical purchase remains record-only for that report and does not grant a Full Access plan. All products are delivered electronically; see the Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy.

4. Purchase verification and account mapping

Access is granted after authoritative payment or platform verification succeeds. A redirect or client-side success message alone does not grant access. Verified purchases may be linked to a Kundli 8 account to prevent replay, duplication or sharing across unrelated accounts.

5. Refunds and cancellations

You may request a refund within 15 calendar days of purchase if the Kundli 8 product or paid service remains unused. Once used, it is non-refundable. Automatic backend activation alone does not make a purchase used. See the Refund Policy for the concise definition of use, request process and exceptions. Kundli 8 plans do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.

6. Customer-provided information

You are responsible for checking birth details and other information before generating a paid report. A completed report is not refundable because incorrect information was entered by the customer.

7. Existing customers and records

Legitimate existing licenses remain valid for their established term. Order, invoice and audit records may be retained for customer support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

8. Acceptable use and availability

Do not attack the service, access another person's data, automate abusive requests, bypass access controls, or unlawfully redistribute protected software or reports. Service maintenance and updates may occasionally affect availability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all direct purchases made from Kundli 8 are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the courts at New Delhi, Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to such purchases or these Terms.
