Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy

Digital products only

Kundli 8 is a digital product/service. No physical shipping is required. Access, credits and reports are delivered electronically. There are no courier services or physical shipping charges.

Expected delivery

After successful payment verification, a license or plan entitlement is normally added to the associated Kundli 8 account, and a Personal Janampatri purchase normally makes one report credit available. A generated report is delivered through the account and available digital report options.

Delayed delivery

Verification or delivery may occasionally be delayed by network, platform or technical issues. If payment succeeded but access or a credit is not visible, do not pay again. Contact Support with your name, purchase email/mobile and internal order/reference number. A confirmed technical delivery failure may be reconciled or refunded under the Refund Policy.
