Kundli 8 Partner Terms

1. Free joining
Registration in the Partner Program is free. Approval, suspension, or rejection may be applied by Kundli 8 administrators for program integrity.
2. Dealer credit
Dealer Credit / Reseller Credit / Retail-Value Buying Power is product-purchase credit for eligible Kundli 8 products and services. It is not a cash balance, bank deposit, investment, or interest-bearing instrument.
3. Promotional credit
The promotional/reseller component that lifts cash paid to retail-value buying power is non-withdrawable and non-transferable. It cannot be gifted, cashed out, or moved peer-to-peer.
4. Eligible products
Only products marked eligible in the Partner dashboard may be purchased with dealer credit. Catalog and pricing may change.
5. Pricing changes
Retail prices, minimum top-ups, margin tiers, and eligible SKUs may change. Existing unused dealer credit remains subject to then-current eligible product rules.
6. Refunds
If a cash top-up is refunded, corresponding unused eligible credit may be reversed according to policy. Promotional credit is not refunded as cash. Used credit that can no longer be reversed may create a recovery balance or suspension until resolved.
7. Misrepresentation
Partners must not make false claims about Kundli 8 features, earnings, medical/legal outcomes, or “guaranteed income”.
8. Brand use
Use only approved logos and marketing kit assets. Do not present yourself as PremiumAV employment or as Kundli 8 ownership.
9. Prohibited spam
Unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased lead spam, and deceptive ads are prohibited and may lead to suspension.
10. Account suspension & fraud
We may suspend partners for chargebacks, payment abuse, multi-account abuse, self-referral abuse, or security risk. Fraudulent activity may be reported.
11. Tax responsibility
Partners are responsible for their own taxes and local business compliance. Kundli 8 does not provide tax advice.
12. No guaranteed earnings
Margin examples illustrate dealer pricing math only. No earnings are promised.
