Privacy Notice

Kundli 8 includes privacy controls designed to support applicable DPDP requirements. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and why. It is a product notice for customers — not a legal certification or formal legal advice.
Who we are
Kundli 8 is operated by PremiumAV Private Limited. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
1. Information we collect

| Essential / preference cookies | Stay signed in, remember language and chart style, keep the site secure. |
We do not ask Support for full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or bank passwords. Face Reading and Palmistry process photos on your device — those photos are not uploaded to our servers.
2. Birth details and saved reports
Birth details are personal. We use them to calculate and provide the astrology services you ask for. We do not sell them. We do not send birth date, birth time, place or chart contents to Meta or Google advertising tools.
3. Payments
Payment or app-store providers process the payment data needed to complete a purchase. We may keep limited records such as product, status, references, time, expiry or revocation so we can restore access and support you.
4. Cookies and optional analytics
We use essential cookies for sign-in, security and preferences. If advertising / analytics tags are enabled in our configuration, they are limited to commercial events (for example page view, registration, checkout, purchase). Chart and birth details are excluded from those tags.
5. Optional AI answers
Most Kundli 8 calculations use the deterministic Kundli 8 Engine — since 1999 and are not artificial intelligence. If an AI answer panel is shown to you, that panel uses a large language model grounded on your computed chart — we say so next to that panel. Do not paste passwords or payment secrets into it.
6. Retention and security
We keep information as reasonably needed for service, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal duties. We use reasonable safeguards; no online service can promise perfect security.
7. Your choices
You may ask what personal data we hold, request correction, or request deletion. Some records may need to stay for legal, security, fraud-prevention or financial-audit reasons. You can also delete individual saved Kundlis where that feature is available.
Start a deletion request on the account deletion page, or use Contact Us / Support.
8. Children
A parent or guardian may generate a report for a child and is responsible for providing the child’s details appropriately.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this notice and will change the Last Updated date above. Final policy wording is subject to legal review.
