Login, trial, PDF lock, chart style, and common errors.
Quick fixes
- Cannot export PDF — If PDF export is unavailable, check whether your Full Access plan is active.
- Numbers differ from another app — match ayanamsha, node mode, and birth time first.
- Store app blank — check your internet connection, then use Retry.
- Trial ended — you can still sign in; Full Access areas remain locked until you upgrade.
